For the judges

Dataset: USGS 3DEP 1 m DEM + NAIP 2022 + OpenStreetMap trails + a Nov 1 ground GPS survey (21 community points, 6 tiki points, 6 panos). Every pin is an averaged fix, nothing fabricated.
Map + services: Amazon Location Service tiles, Rust ARM lambdas, DynamoDB scorecard, this 1 m-terrain Babylon Cloud-Cam.
Pattern to reuse: Survey → averaged points with remarks → GeoJSON → validator → playable card. The next survey drop lights new holes with zero code changes.
Try it: Mountaintop → tee box 2 card → next/prev through the panos → First Person → walk the fairway.
